The venue itself was great. Slight mishap regarding my room being ready on time but the ride to and from the hotel with our chauffeur TIM made the whole trip worth it. His knowledge of Las Vegas, willingness to be accommodating to the point of offering local food options and overall excitement and passion for the job really shined through. If your ever staying at resorts world hotel REQUEST TIM!! Won’t be disappointed.

We just returned from a family trip to Las Vegas and our stay at Crockfords at Resorts World was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Traveling with children can sometimes be stressful in Vegas, but Crockfords made everything feel comfortable, easy, and luxurious at the same time. From the moment we arrived, the service immediately stood out. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they went out of their way to make sure our family felt taken care of. Every employee we encountered — concierge, housekeeping, and guest services — treated us with genuine hospitality. You can really feel that this is the premium property within Resorts World. The room was spotless and beautifully designed. Modern, elegant, and extremely quiet — which is rare in Las Vegas. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we all slept great every night. The bathroom felt like a spa, with a large soaking tub, high-end finishes, and excellent water pressure. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate and was very attentive throughout our stay. What really makes this property special for families is the balance of luxury and convenience. The location inside Resorts World is perfect. You have immediate access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment without needing to leave the building. With kids, this made a huge difference — no long walks across the Strip and no transportation hassles. Dining options were excellent and very convenient. Having multiple food choices nearby meant our kids could always find something they liked, while adults still had high-quality meals. Everything was organized, safe, and easy to navigate. Another thing worth mentioning is how quiet and secure Crockfords feels compared to many Strip hotels. Elevators require key access and the property felt very private and peaceful — something we really appreciated traveling as a family. Overall, Crockfords exceeded every expectation. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and family-friendly atmosphere made this trip memorable for all of us. If you are visiting Las Vegas with children but still want a luxury experience, this is absolutely the place to stay. We will 100% return on our next Vegas trip.

Zach provided truly outstanding service. He was incredibly professional, kind, and patient from the moment we arrived. He helped us check in smoothly, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a great stay. What really stood out was his extra level of care—after I accidentally forgot my ID at the front desk, Zach personally made sure it was brought up to my room. That level of attentiveness and dedication is rare and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The room itself was beautiful—very clean, comfortable, and well designed—which made our stay even better. Zach is a perfect example of exceptional hospitality, and he truly elevated our experience at Crockfords. Highly recommend!

I've stayed at the Crockfords three times now and it remains one of my favorite Las Vegas hotels, if not my favorite. I've had three different styles of rooms and they each have been very fun. The one in my photo is near the Resorts World sign at the top of the building on floor 66 and I just think it's so cool to see the sign through the window!! I tend to come during the off season, so the rooms have been quiet and I rarely run into anyone. The bathrooms are beautiful and each one of the three styles of rooms has been well equipped with a shower and stand alone tub. Their toiletries smell delightful, and the dental kits and manicure kits are appreciated. I love the drapes that can be controlled with a button, and the multitude of lighting options. They even had a section of the mini fridge that can be used for personal use, a rarity in Vegas. Be careful with everything around the mini bar! I love that I can get a credit for food in the casino, and I have stopped by the light snacks that they offer for breakfast and feel there is something for everyone. I've always had excellent service at the front desk, and when I'm not in a hurry I love wandering around and checking out all the artwork. It's stunning. I brought my elderly mom by and she was just so amazed by all the art everywhere. She couldn't believe how beautiful the room and bathroom were. I spend all of my free Hilton nights here and will continue to do so, as I feel like royalty when I come here. The valet team has always been helpful, and the bell team has brought up my suitcases during times when I have heavy bags. I'm a Hilton fan girl overall, and being a Diamond member helps, but I really love this hotel, it's location, and all of the things Resorts World has to offer.

Another Perfect Stay at Crockfords! I cannot recommend Crockfords Las Vegas enough. It has become the only place we stay when traveling to Vegas. Everything was absolutely seamless and perfect, from the moment we arrived at the valet to check-in to our departure. I like to give a special and heartfelt thank you to Aleksandra and her entire team. The level of hospitality and genuine care they show is what sets Crockfords apart from any other property on the Strip. They make you feel not just like a guest, but like family. This was my 6th stay at Crockfords at Resorts World, and it continues to exceed expectations every single time.(Although they still haven't assigned me a Host and that would be the only reason I switch back to my old hotel favorite) I’ve stayed at just about every high-end hotel in Las Vegas over the years, and Crockfords truly stands at the top. The property itself is stunning — modern, elegant, and immaculately maintained. The rooms are beautifully appointed, incredibly comfortable, and deliver the level of luxury you would expect from a world-class resort. What truly separates Crockfords, however, is the service. Linni, the concierge, is hands-down the best I’ve worked with anywhere. I travel frequently, and her responsiveness, professionalism, and ability to handle any request flawlessly is unmatched. She makes every stay seamless and special. Stephanie, who checked us in, set the tone immediately — welcoming, fun, efficient, and genuinely helpful. First impressions matter, and she made ours exceptional. The staff consistently goes above and beyond, and that level of service is why I continue to return. Crockfords combines a beautiful property with elite hospitality — a rare combination, even in Las Vegas. Already looking forward to visit number seven.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Crockfords, and a huge part of that was thanks to Linni Matsuo and Christina Hernandez. Both of them were incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our visit! Linni helped us with spa arrangements, lounge recommendations (Alle Lounge and Sky Falls), and even guided us to M Jackson One — everything was handled seamlessly and with such warmth. She truly went above and beyond, even surprising us with champagne for our Valentine’s celebration. That thoughtful gesture made the evening feel extra magical and unforgettable. Christina was equally amazing! She prepared the most beautiful and delicious strawberries in our room, and that small but incredibly thoughtful touch genuinely moved us. It was clear that she put care and intention into making our stay special, and we felt sincerely welcomed and valued. Thanks to both Linni and Christina, our Valentine’s stay felt personal, warm, and truly memorable. Their hospitality made such a difference that we’re already looking forward to coming back. We can’t wait to visit again!

My wife and I stayed at Crockfords for one night while in Vegas and were very happy with our stay. To our delight, we received a complimentary upgrade for our room upon check in. Our room is on a higher floor of the building, well maintained and has a gorgeous view over the strip. We really appreciated the staff's attentiveness during our stay: I forgot to bring our tickets for the concert we were going to. I really appreciated the people working at the lobby during that time (Rebecca the janitor and the associate at the front desk) for assisting me and printing out the form I needed to request my tickets to be reprinted. We also went to the Zouk nightclub after our concert at a hotel nearby. Kaskade killed it as usual. The location of this hotel is very convenient for us. Next time I am in Vegas, Crockfords will definitely be one of my top choices because of the nice room, attentive staff and convenient location.
